Processing Time
All Great Skys Clothing orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are fulfilled in the exact order they are received.
Please note: Due to high demand and limited drops, items may sell out before your order is fully processed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email and/or SMS.
Order Modifications
If you request any changes after your order has been completed, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. A new order must be placed.
Billing & Shipping Address Policy
For fraud prevention and security purposes, the billing and shipping address must match.
Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or cancelled by our automated fraud protection system.
Great Skys Clothing reserves the right to refuse any order that appears fraudulent or high risk.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All Great Skys Clothing shipments are insured.
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Great Skys Clothing is no longer responsible for the shipment.
In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
- The customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
